The unit is known for the high quality pumps and motors for agricultural, domestic and industrial applications it has been produced over the last 7 decades enjoying a very high reputation. PSG has been an acknowledged name in electric motors, domestic pumps, monoblocks , bore well submersibles and open well submersibles. Towards developing newer technologies in the above arena, PSG has started manufacturing pumps suitable for solar applications and Brushless DC pumps on par with the best in the industry and these pumps have been widely accepted by the farming community across India. Customer segments of the unit include agriculture, domestic, builders etc.
These products are made available through the nationwide dealer network supplemented by the servicing facilities.
The unit has also been manufacturing high quality centre lathes which are known for its accuracy and realiability and used by leading industries and navratna PSUs of Govt. of India. To cater to the laboratory requirements of engineering institutions, the unit has been manufacturing CNC Trainer lathes, Electro spinning machine etc.
The unit has been certified for ISO 9001 and got ISI marking for more than 225 products besides 5 star rating by Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Govt of India for more than 60 products, a testimony for its concern in energy conservation
